Random Isekai (以下「本サイト」) を使うことで、この規約に同意したものとします。

1. 内容について

本サイトはフィクションのゲームです。登場する世界・人物・出来事は架空のものです。子どもの死や戦争など重い出来事も、ゲームの確率どおりに起きます。

2. 追悼館への投稿

追悼館に残した記録と一言は、誰でも読める形で公開されます。次の内容は書かないでください。

• 本名・住所・連絡先など、自分や他人を特定できる情報
• 差別・嫌がらせ・脅し、性的な内容、違法な内容
• 宣伝・勧誘・外部サイトへの誘導

運営者は、規約に反する、または不適切と判断した記録を、予告なく非表示にしたり削除したりできます。読んだ人の「報告」が一定数に達した記録は、自動で非表示になります。投稿した記録は、本サイトで表示するために運営者が無償で使えるものとします。

3. 禁止すること

• サーバーに過大な負荷をかける行為、自動化した大量投稿
• 本サイトや他の利用者への不正なアクセス
• 広告を不正にクリックすること、クリックを促すこと

4. AI 機能

AI 機能は任意です。API キーは自分の責任で管理してください。利用料や扱いは、接続先のサービスの規約に従います。

5. 免責

本サイトは現状のまま無償で提供します。内容の正確さや、サービスが止まらないことは保証しません。端末に残る記録が消えたことなどで生じた損害について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。本サイトは予告なく変更・停止することがあります。

6. 準拠法

この規約は日本法に従います。紛争は 運営者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所 を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

1. Content

This site is a work of fiction. Its worlds, characters and events are made up. Hard things, such as children dying or war, happen at the game's odds.

2. Posting to the memorial

Entries and notes you leave in the memorial are public. Please do not post:

• real names, addresses, contact details or anything that identifies you or someone else
• discrimination, harassment, threats, sexual or illegal content
• advertising, solicitation or links to other sites

The operator may hide or delete any entry that breaks these terms or is judged inappropriate, without notice. Entries reported by enough readers are hidden automatically. You allow the operator to display your entries on this site free of charge.

3. Not allowed

• Putting excessive load on the server, or automated mass posting
• Unauthorised access to this site or other users
• Clicking ads fraudulently or encouraging others to click them

4. AI features

AI features are optional. You are responsible for your own API key. Fees and data handling follow the terms of the service you connect to.

5. Disclaimer

This site is provided free of charge and as is. We do not guarantee that it is accurate or always available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses such as records on your device being lost. The site may change or stop without notice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence in Japan has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
